The name draws from two traditions I love. Crows which are often the tricksters and wise teachers in Native American folklore:
And the classic B Movie “mad” scientists:
who I always felt were folks who just experimented wildly and saw things differently…
Mad Crow Herbalism is just approaching herbalism from a different perspective. So while I’ve studied, and continue to study, herbalism formally – I like to always step back and channel that fun, quirky willingness to just experiment and play!
